You can use this lovely cherry pit pillow hot and cold. It is a natural alternative to hot-water bottles and ice pillows and totally environmentally friendly.

Please remove the cherry pit pillow from the cover before heating it and put it back in afterwards. However you can put the cherry pit pillow inside the fridge inside the cover.

You can easily take the inner cherry pit pillow out of the cover. There is a flip closure attached so it is very comfortable to handle.
