Hello. My name is shiricki and everything you can see here is made, designed, sewed, printed or created in any other way by myself. Everything is handmade with love. I care most for quality and create everything with the greatest carefulness with my hands. Of course I use a sewing machine or other technical help, however nothing is made in mass production by machines. Since my store has grown so big I need help from time to time. Then I get help from my lovely assistents who help me cutting, wrapping and shipping. Nevertheless I sew everything myself, I could never give this step of work away. So you can be sure every article has been in my hands before it is being shipped to you.

The name kyaaa.biz.
What does the name mean? This is hard to explain to somebody who does not know what kyaaa is supposed to mean - it is kind of a frenetic phonetical expression of an extraordinary feeling of joy. Like you are extremely happy and just shout kyaaa to express it. I try to achieve this feeling by offering my creations to the world. and .biz obviously means business. End of mystery.
How everything started, went on and continues.
I started to illustrate professionally within 2006. I have been drawing ever since and also did digital artwork before but not as serious and focused as I do it now. At first I only published my work at my online journal at angelic-trust.net and my account at DeviantArt.
After a while there were a bunch of nice people asking where to buy my things. I was very flattered because it was kind of unexpected. The more requests I got the more severe I created a concept of how to make my creations available to anybody being interested in it. This site has not been created head over heels. It took me some months to establish everything to finally shoot it online.
Creating a business should not be underestimated and I really did not. The whole project was very much fun for me but also work. The site is very dynamic and I still work on it very hard. It's all scripted by my hands and no cheap generated shopping script. I am constantly thinking of new things, having one idea after another and trying to realize as many of them as possible.
I hope to be able to share my work with anybody who likes to get a piece of it. I hope my creations find their audience. I hope that people still love what I do as much as I love doing it.
What happened to your illustrations?
The first online commissions asked for my illustrations as prints. These were a part of this site since the beginning. But by the time now I do not sell my illustrations anymore here, I focus more on the handmade things. I still do illustrate but more for fun and entertainment than selling these as prints.
